Traumatic Impact Outdoors was created when two mid-twenty year old guys thought it would be neat to film their passion of the outdoors and hunting. This passion has turned into a blooming business and they have no intentions of stopping!
Traumatic Impact Outdoors, LLC was started in the early part of 2016 by a couple of mid 20-year old’s looking to show off their hunting and cinematography skills. We have since gained a Pro Staff and Field Staff Team who shares the same love for hunting, cinematography, and public services as we do. From bear to waterfowl, if there's a season we hunt it.
With well over a century in hunting experience combined, we all have a passion for the sport that is hunting. Traumatic Impact Outdoors did not just pop up out of no where, Co-owners Jared and Jordan grew up listening to stories and re-lived the hunts told by family and friends. The days of Traumatic Impact Outdoors date back to the early 1960's where family and friends hunted places like Maine, Colorado, British Columbia, the Yukon, and Alaska. Those stories of iconic hunts and trips were documented with cameras of the era and those photographs are available to view in our gallery.
Jordan has been hunting since he was a kid, and has enjoyed going on hunts with his father while growing up. His weapon of choice is a 30-06 rifle, but his favorite game to hunt is waterfowl.
When Jordan is not hunting or enjoying the outdoors he's working full time as an EMT or Volunteering as a Firefighter/Rescue Tech. Jordan enjoys hunting, fishing, photography, cinematography, video editing, paracord making, and kayaking. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
Jared started out just rifle hunting and began bow hunting when he was 15. His first bow kill came with a longbow and homemade arrows, so far it has been the most memorable experience he's had in the woods.
Outside of the woods, Jared works full time as a Paramedic. "With a busy work schedule, it can be difficult to find time to hunt, but once you accept that sleep deprivation is just part of you personality you can find there's ample opportunity to get out and hunt!" Jared enjoys shooting, fishing, authentic Italian food, and hunting.

Hunting is Mark's passion, Mark's father was an excellent hunter and as far back as the late 1960's thru 1970's Mark went on hunts and watched slide shows from his fathers hunts."That is what ignited the spark inside me, I wanted to hunt like my dad did." Mark has hunted several states and numerous species but has two dream hunts that he would like to do. Mark has hunted elk in the Rocky Mountains but he would love to do a Rocky Mountain elk hunt on horseback. The other dream hunt Mark has is an Alaskan caribou hunt.
Mark is blessed to have a wonderful wife that supports him and his hunting passion, she also accompanies him on some of his hunts. Mark enjoys having her along to experience the hunt. Mark introduced both of his son's to hunting when they were about 5 years old, they would tag along with Mark on deer hunts and they now have the same passion for hunting as he does. Mark has also got his daughter into filming some of his hunts, which she really enjoys, so in one way or another Mark has included my whole family in the hunting experience, and that to Mark, is what it's all about. Family.
Mark is employed as a supervisor in a machine shop, he is also a Volunteer Firefighter. Mark, through the years, has competed in handgun, shotgun, rifle, and archery competitions.

"In a civilized and cultivated country wild animals only continue to exist at all when preserved by sportsmen. The excellent people who protest against all hunting, and consider sportsmen as enemies of wild life, are ignorant of the fact that in reality the genuine sportsman is by all odds the most important factor in keeping the larger and more valuable wild creatures from total extermination." -Theodore Roosevelt
Thomas holds the value held within this quote to be fundamental. He had many whom enriched his youth by sharing their time and experience with him. Thomas learned animal behavior while picking berries, fishing, and scouting. Very early on Thomas became fascinated with black bears. This became a true passion for him. Early in his youth observing bears at the dump; a common pastime, picking berries from the same bush that a small bear was, and his first large bear seen was bigger around than the burn barrel and taller than the tractor. Thomas hunts because it's an integrated part of his heritage. He only hopes he has been able to inspire and enrich the next generation to the value of hunting. This is priceless in his mind.
Tanner has been hunting and fishing ever since he could walk and it is a very big part of his life. The best thing about hunting and fishing is the traditions that are passed down for many generations that make us the hunters and people we are today.
His favorite wildlife to hunt is the turkey because of the difficulty of chase. Tanner attends Kansas State University Studying Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management and is on the shotgun sports team.
In his spare time he likes to scout for potential walk-in hunting areas, watch the outdoor channel, and fish with friends. Tanner plans on hunting in Kansas, Nebraska, and Pennsylvania this upcoming year.
